Register to become a SupplyItNow supplier by completing all required fields on the form. Read through and agree to the terms and conditions and press the submit button. A confirming email will be sent to you with a link back to the SupplyItNow website. Click on the link to the website and you are ready to View Quotes and start selling your product.
If you have signed up for a SupplyItNow Seller account and have not received our Account Activation e-mail with the link to confirm your account, or are experiencing any other problems activating your new Seller account, please e-mail us at General@SupplyItNow.com, or call us at (805) 388-1711, ext. 344.
Select View All Quotes icon to view all quotes. Or, you can click on a specific Category or Manufacturer. If you would like additional search options, click Advanced Search.
You can click on the column titles to change the sort on the View Quotes page. To view more information about a particular quote, click the link on the desired Part Number.
The Quote Detail page will provide additional information on the product and the quote, such as:
Category
Manufacturer, Part Number and Model
Certified Supplier: You must be a cerified supplier to bid on a drop ship quote. If the quote is a drop ship quote, then the message "Certified Suppliers Only!" will be displayed. If you would like to become a cerified supplier click here.
Lowest Bid Price: Lists the lowest bid placed thus far on the product.
Time Left: How many days, hours and minutes are left for this particular quote before it closes.
Start Time, End Time: The time that the quote was opened and the time that the quote will close.
History: The number of bids that have been placed so far. Click on the link to display bid history.
Currency: The currency of the quote, US Dollars, Euro, etc.
Ship to Destination: This will specify the location for shipping, which can be anywhere in the world.
Qty Needed: How many units of the product are needed.
Condition: The condition the product needs to be in, Working New, Used, etc.
Unit of Measure: The number of units specified by quantity needed, each meaning one.
Drop Shipment: If the quote is a drop ship quote, then the drop ship field will display "Yes". Otherwise, the drop ship field will display "No" and you will need to send the product to our location. Only certified suppliers are allowed to bid on a drop ship quote.
Accept Partial Qty: Yes means we will allow you to place a bid for less than the total quantity of the quote. No means you can only place a bid for the total quantity of the quote.
Bid Increments: The amount of the bid increment allowed. (If the latest bid is for $100.00 and the bid increment is $5, the next bid needs to be $95 or lower).
RFQ, Item #: SupplyItNow reference number for your records.
Contact Information : Contact information in the event you need to contact the buyer on a specific product question on this particular quote.
Supplier Note: A note from a SupplyItNow buyer regarding a particular specification on this product.
Priority: This is a priority one order and the order will need to ship as soon as the quote closes, usually within a few hours. Suppliers who bid on Priority quotes must be Certified Suppliers. See Certified Supplier Help for more info. You will be alerted that an order is Priority by a red note that says "Priority" , which appears on the Quote Detail page.
If you have won a bid on SupplyItNow and you have received an electronic PO, clicking on the waybill link on the PO will take you to this page. You can also access this password protected section of the website by selecting the Shipping Information button on the Sellers home page.
Terms and conditions for using the SupplyItNow site are located here. You will need to read and agree to these terms and conditions after submitting your supplier profile to be able to place bids and sell your product on the SupplyItNow site.
This section provides the criteria for becoming a Certified Supplier. Be sure to submit the application and select the Submit button if you are interested in becoming a SupplyItNow Certified Supplier.
To place a bid to sell the item, click the "Bid" button on the Quote Detail page.
On the Bid on Quote page, enter Price per Unit in the specified currency, Quantity of Bid (there will be a notation next to this field which will indicate whether partial quantity bids are acceptable), Condition of Product. You can optionally use the Automatic Bidding option. This option allows to you specify the lowest price that you are willing to seller your product. If you are outbid, the system will automatically bid for you using the price increment below the outbid price.Click "Submit" to continue.
A confirm your bid page will be displayed. Please review to make sure everything is correct. Click "Submit " to place your bid or "Cancel" to return to the Bid on Quote page to modify your data.
A thank you page will appear which will provide all the details on the bid you just entered, including whether the price level has been reached. (Price Level is the maximum amount SupplyItNow is willing to pay for the product.
Select "Back to Quote" to view the Quote Detail page for the product you've just bid on, or "View All Quotes" to see all other open quotes.
View open quote bidding status including Total Bids, Winning, Out Bid and Not Reached. Also view historical information Bids, Wins, Open Orders, Delinquent Orders, Received, Received P1, Cancelled and Returned to Vendor.
