Inspection may be performed at Buyer's option on a statistical sampling basis in accordance with the Buyer's sampling methods. All warranties contained herein shall survive inspection, test and acceptance by the Buyer. If a warranty of Seller is breached, Buyer may return the goods occasioning such breach and the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the purchase price paid in respect thereto.
