All Products shipped from a qualified Certified Supplier facility must meet the following conditions / criteria* in order to be authorized to provide Certified Supplier service to SupplyItNow.
* These conditions are the minimum acceptable standards and are subject to change or modifications at the future date |

| 1. |
All product(s) and/or equipment must be fully functional according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. |
| 2. |
Vendor must conduct minimum of one (1) hour quality assurance testing (or burn-in) prior to shipment. |
| 3. |
Vendor must conduct cosmetic inspection of all aspects of the product(s) and/or equipment to be shipped. |
| 4. |
Vendor must establish that unit is undamaged and complete. All parts are to be intact and undamaged. (Without cracks, breaks or damage of any type.) |
| 5. |
Unit must be clean. No fingerprints, dirt or grease. Unit is to be free of stickers, labels, etc. other than OEM specified labeling. |
| 6. |
Unit is to be packaged* according to OEM specifications in single unit, new packaging. |

If instafoam type packing material is to be used, the vendor must contact the Buyer for pre-approval. |

Compliance with these criteria does not guarantee that a vendor will qualify or remain qualified as a Certified Supplier. There are other factors SupplyItNow will use to qualify Certified Suppliers, including but not limited to, credit history, capacity, and performance. SupplyItNow reserves the right to qualify and disqualify Certified Suppliers at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. |
