What is SupplyItNow
SupplyItNow is a faster, more efficient way to sell your product to DEX.
Do I have to buy or install any hardware or software?
No. All you need is internet access and you are ready to register and sell today.
How will I benefit from SupplyItNow?
You will save time and money trying to find buyers for your product.
How do I submit a quote to sell my product on SupplyItNow?
Log in to SupplyItNow using your unique Username and password. Select the product you wish to sell to us and select Item Details and then Enter Your Quote.
How often do new items open on SupplyItNow?
New items are added throughout the day.
What is the easiest way to participate?
Make sure you get a Username and password. You'll receive a daily email. The hypertext link within the email will take you back to the SupplyItNow website and to the newly opened items.
Is there a way to limit the notification emails to only those products that I currently sell?
Yes! You can select the types of products that you sell in the Supplier Profile, and thereafter you will only receive email notification on those products.
I have a wide variety of product and some of the product is used. Does SupplyItNow purchase used or defective product?
SupplyItNow is looking for all types of electronics, in either new, used or defective conditions. The condition of the product is listed under the Item Details for each product listing.
What happens if someone puts in a price lower than my price? Do I get a chance to requote?
You will be notified immediately via email if someone submits a price lower than your quote. A hypertextlink within the email will take you back to the SupplyItNow website so you can post another lower quote.
How will I know if I've been awarded the business?
You will be notified via email that you have been awarded the sale. Hypertext links within the email will provide the Purchase Order and the page where you need to enter your waybill information.
How soon do I need to enter the waybill information?
You need to enter the waybill information immediately after the product ships. You do this by using the hypertext link provided in the email sent to you awarding you the Purchase Order.
How long do items stay open?
Items can stay open for an hour, or up to several days. When you view the Item list, you will see the close date under Closes.
If I don't have the full amount of product that you request, can I still enter a quote?
If the Item List specifies that "Will Accept Partial Quantity", you can post a partial amount.
If I have the full quantity of product that you request, and someone has posted a partial quantity at a very low price, can I post a price that is higher for the full quantity?
Yes. For partial quantities only, you can post a higher quote for the full quantity of items. However, any partial quotes with a lower price will be filled first.
What do I do if I am having problems confirming my new Seller account?
If you have signed up for a SupplyItNow Seller account and have not received our Account Activation e-mail with a link to our site to confirm your account, or are experiencing any other problems activating your new Seller account, please e-mail us at General@dex.com, or call us at (805) 388-1711, ext. 101.
How can I get help or ask additional questions?
When contacting us, please include as much information as possible in your inquiry so we can provide you the fastest service.
Is there a fee to use SupplyItNow?
